FROM RT. 113, SELBYVILLE

Turn off of Rt. 113 onto Church St. (look for Arby's) go 9/10 of a mile.
Right onto Main St., go 2/10 of a mile.
Left onto Rt. 17 and proceed 3 miles to Gum Rd.
Left on Gum Rd., Complex will be on your right.

FROM RT. 1, BETHANY

West onto Rt. 26 for 3.8 miles (Hocker's Grocery Store will be on left)
Left on Rt. 17 towards Selbyville, go 4.2 miles till you reach intersection of Rt.'s 17 & 20
Go straight through intersection for another 6/10 of a mile.
Right on Gum Rd, Complex will be on your right.

FROM RT. 1, FENWICK ISLAND

West onto Rt. 54 for 3.7 miles (Uncle Willie's & Texaco Station will be on right)
Right on Rt. 20 to Roxana, go 3.5 miles till you reach intersection of Rt.'s 17 & 20
Left at intersection for another 6/10 of a mile.
Right on Gum Rd, Complex will be on your right.

FROM RT. 26, DAGSBORO

From Rt 113 turn east on Rt 26, Clayton Ave. Go 8/10 miles till you reach stoplight.
Turn right and go 2/10 miles till you reach intersection.
Turn left on Rt 26 (towards Bethany) and go 2/10 of mile to stoplight.
Turn right onto Rt 20 East.
Proceed past Bennett's Orchards till you reach blinking red light (3.7 miles).
Proceed thru light for 6 miles till you reach the light at Rts 20 & 17.
Turn right and go 6/10 of a mile. Turn right on Gum Road, fields on the right.
