Thank you to all teams for a great day of soccer. We saw 116 games played among our 124 teams. We were fortunate that the bad weather was able to hold off.
Unfortunately, we anticipate substantial winds and heavy rain throughout the day on Sunday. Travel conditions are expected to deteriorate beginning mid-morning. Local municipalities along the coast have advised visitors to head home as winds will increase to 30-40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph, and roads in Ocean City and the Delaware beach towns are expected to flood. Travel restrictions are also possible on major bridges and roads for many teams traveling to their home states.
As a result, we have made the tough decision to cancel all matches on Sunday. All standings will remain as they are based upon matches played on Saturday, but no tournament champions will be declared.

The River Soccer Club of coastal Delaware will be sponsoring their 25th Annual Columbus Day Classic on October 10-12, 2025. Teams will enjoy playing on our top-quality fields at one central site with ample parking.
